IPV Projects platform

The IPV Projects platform wants to inspire, inform and provide real support to favour the adoption of PV systems integrated in buildings and other structures. The platform is aimed at architects, PV manufacturers, building component developers, public institutions and other stakeholders who can play a key role in shaping our built environment towards the energy transition.

Eurac Research - Institute for Renewable Energy

The IPV Projects platform is a resource of Eurac Research, an applied research centre based in Bolzano (South Tyrol, Italy) addressing the most demanding challenges of the future: promoting health, intact environments, clean energy, efficient political system and social systems.

At the Institute for Renewable Energy of Eurac Research, experts in the field of PV systems contribute to the energy transition focusing on different topics: PV performance & reliability, PV innovation & testing, PV integration in energy grids, PV integration in the built environment.

The IPV Projects platform is dedicated to the topic of PV integration in the built environment, sharing the experts’ competence, knowledge, tools and services developed and consolidated through years of experience in international research projects but also directly with industry partners.
